One time per month your dedicated bookkeeper and record and send invoices
to all of your clients using an online platform which you can also access.
We will also manage the collections of your invoices and posting of electronic
payments. For checks mailed in to your office by your
customers we have a simple process allowing us to help you handle the deposit.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
(2x MONTH)
$160/mo
Two times per month your dedicated bookkeeper will take invoices received from
your vendors and setup all payables. Images of each invoice will be saved online
next to the payment button you will use to pay the vendor.
By clicking the “pay” button a check will be dispatched from the bank to your vendor.
With proper authorization Jarus & Co can also dispatch your
payment for you after checking bank to determine funds are available.
PAYROLL 10+ EMPLOYEES
(2x MONTH)
$100/mo Flat Fee
Plus $6/mo/emp (over 10)
Jarus & Co’s monthly small business packages include payroll for up to 10 employees.
For clients wishing to take advantage of our small business packages but have more than
10 employees we are prepared to handle your payroll from start to finish for a simple fee.
Note both you and your employees will have access to our online payroll system to report hours and
download W2’s and other payroll related forms.
